Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Condor Concierge website. In these terms, “Condor Concierge,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the operator identified above, and “you” refers to the person using the website.
Please read these terms before using the website. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or waived.
1. Website information and service agreements
The website provides information about our concierge services, employment opportunities and related topics. Service descriptions, photographs, articles and examples are general information and may not reflect the arrangements at a particular property.
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a proposal does not, by itself, create a service contract, confirm a booking or authorize us to act on your behalf. Service scope, pricing, staffing, availability and other commitments must be confirmed through the applicable proposal, booking confirmation or service agreement.
These website terms do not replace agreements with condominium corporations, property owners, property managers, residents or other clients. If there is a conflict about the delivery of contracted services, the applicable service agreement governs that issue, subject to mandatory law.
2. Concierge services and property arrangements
The availability of concierge, parcel handling, reservations, event assistance, vehicle-related assistance and security services depends on the property, the service arrangement and any applicable third-party availability.
Website descriptions do not grant a visitor or resident access to a particular service, building, amenity or benefit. Please confirm available services and procedures with the relevant property manager or concierge team.
Parcel acceptance, storage, release and delivery procedures must be confirmed for the particular property. Reservation, travel, ticketing and event arrangements may involve separate supplier terms, payment requirements and cancellation conditions disclosed as part of the arrangement. These website terms do not establish service fees, refund rules or cancellation charges.
Security-related website content is general information and does not constitute an individualized security assessment or a guarantee that theft, injury or other incidents will be prevented.
3. Inquiries, proposals and information you submit
When contacting us or submitting a form, provide accurate information and use contact details you are authorized to use. If you act for an organization or property, you must have authority to make the request you submit.
Do not use general website forms to send payment card details, government identification numbers, passwords, resident access codes or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry. If sensitive information is needed later, we will arrange an appropriate method of providing it.
Website forms and email are not emergency reporting channels and are not guaranteed to be monitored continuously. For an emergency requiring police, fire or medical assistance, call 911. Follow the property’s established procedures for urgent building or service matters.
4. Careers and recruitment
Job postings and descriptions provide general information about opportunities and may change or close. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, training placement or employment offer.
Application information must be truthful and relevant. You must have permission to provide another person’s private contact information, such as a reference’s details. Recruitment may involve additional interviews, assessments, document or licence verification, and appropriate background checks, with notice and consent where required.
Any employment relationship is governed by the applicable offer, employment agreement and law. These website terms do not waive employment, human rights or other statutory protections.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business purposes consistent with its intended functions. You must not:
- Submit fraudulent, threatening, harassing or unlawful material, or impersonate another person or organization.
- Introduce malicious code, spam or content designed to damage or disrupt the website.
- Attempt unauthorized access to website systems, accounts or non-public information.
- Interfere with website security, bypass access restrictions or place an unreasonable load on the website.
- Collect personal information from the website for unlawful purposes or unsolicited communications.
- Copy or exploit website content in a way that infringes intellectual property or other legal rights.
We may restrict access or remove submissions reasonably believed to breach these terms, threaten security or violate the law.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos and other materials are owned by us or used with permission from their respective owners, except where otherwise indicated.
You may view the website and download or print reasonable extracts for personal use or internal business evaluation, provided you retain relevant ownership notices and do not misrepresent the material. This permission does not authorize republication, commercial resale, use of our branding or creation of a misleading association with us. Other uses require permission from the relevant rights holder, unless permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to Condor Security, social platforms and other external websites, or display third-party maps, social feeds and reviews. External websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control independently operated websites or guarantee the accuracy, availability or security of their content. A link or embedded feature does not, by itself, mean that we endorse every statement or service provided there. Any responsibilities we undertake in arranging a third-party service are governed by the applicable arrangement and law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website and related communications. Please review it before submitting personal information.
Agreement to these terms does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing or optional tracking. Where additional consent is required, it will be requested separately. Property-specific privacy notices may apply to information handled at client locations.
9. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care in presenting website information, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Confirm important details directly with us before relying on them to make a service, employment or other decision.
The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not alter express commitments in a service agreement or protections required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its general informational content, including indirect loss of profits or business opportunities.
This limitation applies to website use. It does not determine liability for concierge, security, parcel handling or other contracted services, which is addressed by the applicable agreement and law. It does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
11. Changes to the website and these terms
We may update website content and features and revise these terms. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively and do not amend an existing service or employment agreement simply because they appear on this website. Where additional notice or acceptance is legally required, we will provide or obtain it.
12. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to mandatory laws that protect you in another jurisdiction.
Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can attempt to resolve it. Subject to any rights to bring proceedings elsewhere under applicable law, disputes concerning these website terms may be brought before the courts of Ontario. Nothing in these terms requires mandatory arbitration or waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
